鷺島国際大学の中でも人気の高いスポーツサークル。
「海風（Seabreeze）」をイメージした名称が付けられた。
- 活動日：週3日（平日2＋土曜）
- メンバー数：男女16名（1〜3年のみ。4年生は就職活動専念のため引退）
- 雰囲気：爽やか・仲良し・上下関係が柔らかい
- モットー： 「風のように軽やかに、仲間と共に強く」

- 文系学部が多く、落ち着いた雰囲気
- イベント企画や広報が活発で、大学内でも評判が良い
